This class is designed to create enhanced breath, awareness, strength, and flexibility during pregnancy. To prepare for birth and beyond, these gentle breathing practices help moms connect with their bodies & learn to regulate their breathing throughout their pregnancy and prepare for birth. Postures are adapted for growing bellies and other physical changes & focus on gently opening the hips and pelvis as well as building the strength needed in the low body for giving birth.
Additionally, Prenatal yoga is a great place to meet other women experiencing the prenatal and birth process.

Vinyasa and POWER Flow
FLOW (vinyasa yoga) synchronizes the movements of the breath with a dynamic sequence of connected yoga postures, which are joined together in a smooth, flowing way, almost like a dance. The breath is an important component of these classes, and the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. The room may be heated to 85/90+ degrees. *Intended for yogis with an already developed vinyasa flow practice. *Yoga experience is strongly recommended for this class.
